PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Thank you for choosing our nutrition counseling services for your dietary needs. Please find policies below. If you have any questions, please ask for clarification.

●        Payment of all fees is expected prior to or at the time of service.

●        We do not accept insurance at this time. It is cash pay only.

●        There is a $50 late cancel fee for any missed or cancelled initial visits and $30 for any follow-up visits, not made at least 24 hours in advance prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session, that is considered a cancellation. However, of course, exceptions can be made in case of emergencies.
