Why choose a Nutrition Coach who is also a Registered Dietitian?
I believe that we know ourselves best and tend to have a good idea as to what we should and shouldn’t eat. However, sometimes we may need additional knowledge, motivation or support to reach our health goals. So, having a coach will help you along the way and be your guide in designing a nutrition and wellness plan that works for you!
The Registered Dietitian credential comes with years of education, training, and board certification. When you work with a Registered Dietitian, you can expect evidenced based, science-backed recommendations you can trust!
Clients who worked with me have:
New found self-love, confidence and happiness;
Improved energy;
Reduced food cravings;
Created a more positive relationship with food;
Expanded their knowledge around nutrition and health;
Built better habits;
Lost weight, improved body composition;
Enhanced physical and mental performance;
And more!!
My Coaching Style
Patient-centered, collaborative, individualized. As your Nutrition Coach, I am here to provide guidance, support, motivation and education when asked, but you are the real driver of change. With my help, you will determine when and how you will modify your behaviors to reach your specific, individual goals.

Professional Experience
I've been a Registered Dietitian for almost 10 years, in which I have gained a broad range of experience. I've worked in the hospital setting for 4 years, as well as the private practice setting since 2014. I am a health coach and a nutrition consultant who loves to continuously learn, grow and explore. I have a variety of experience in medical nutrition therapy, functional nutrition, biohacking and have had the opportunity to work and collaborate with many exciting nutrition and wellness startups.
Common areas of focus I work with clients on include emotional connections with food, exercise and nutrient timing, nutrition plans to improve energy and cognitive function, fasting, optimization of nutrition around sleep and stress, food intolerance, weight loss, and creating strategies that tailor food and meal plans to unique and busy lifestyles. I'm passionate about ensuring the health, well-being and prevention of disease with all my clients.
